MICRO WEAVES are a super fast way of applying hair extensions without the use of braiding, heat or glue. An affordable, quick and effective method, they can add volume and length to your hair. A weft is a strip of hair that is traditionally placed horizontally against the head, and sewn onto a braid; however, with the Micro Weave technique, micro rings are used instead of plaiting, resulting in a flatter and more comfortable, safe finish. Weft hair extensions will last for multiple re-applications; re-fit appointments are typically required every 6-10 weeks (this is usually determined by how quickly your natural hair grows).
MICRO BONDS are the most widely used and long-lasting method that won't damage your natural hair. The bonding resin that is used is Italian Keratin, which is a natural protein that won't break the hair shaft. It provides a super strong hold, which withstands washing and will not shed. It is gentle to your hair and easily removable unlike lots of other types of adhesives, which tend to be silicon based. Silicon glue is difficult to remove and can damage your natural hair. This is why hair extensions get a bad reputation! You can straighten, curl and brush your hair extensions as you would your own hair and colour blends can be added to create high/low-lights. This method will give you small bonds, maximum volume, thickness and free movement. Depending on your natural hair re-growth, your extensions should last up to 3-4 months.
